Flea Control and Treatment North Wales
Flea Control & Treatment North Wales

A flea infestation can happen through no fault of your own. Fleas can be brought into your home by pets. They can easily pick up fleas by coming into contact with other animals.

Unlike other pests, fleas jump from surface to surface as opposed to flying. They will jump from the carpet or base of the floor onto the host, feed and then jump off to return to their resting place.

The tell tell sign is pets scratching around the neck area or if you develop bites around your ankles, these are uncomfortable and can be extremely itchy.

If you discover fleas in your home, you will want to get rid of them as soon as possible by an experienced and qualified Company.

Here at M and M Pest Control we have years of experience dealing with fleas in domestic and commercial properties.

Flea populations become established very quickly and if not treated quickly, the problem can quickly escalate. Fleas are extremely small and can be invisible to the naked eye.

Amateur use products very rarely work for Fleas, with the untrained not knowing where and when to apply. If you want to ensure that fleas are removed completely and professionally contact us today.

We can offer the best course of action to get rid of the flea problem. In warm temperatures, a female flea can produce around 25 eggs a day once on a host has been identified. These eggs will fall off the host over time and this is how they can manifest in your home or commercial premises.

In cooler temperatures, eggs can take longer to develop into adult fleas. For this reason, sometimes it can be difficult to know whether the infestation has been completely dealt with. Our fully qualified technicians use professional use only products to eradicate the problem.

We offer our customers a two visit treatment, although on occasions 3 may be necessary and we ask customers to fully vacuum the premises and make sure all floors are uncluttered.

Absolutely. While DIY pest control treatments may appear effective at first, the general public do not have access to the most effective equipment , in fact DIY treatments usually end up causing more damage and never fully resolve the issue, often at a far higher cost than it would have been to hire a professional. Attempting DIY pest control also places you at a much higher risk of injury or contracting disease, its a false economy.
